Kovr says, "The Broken Fang gnolls have become a problem of late."
"While what I am about to ask you to do may not earn you honor and glory, it is necessary. Their whelps wander the nearby areas with impunity. Send a message to the Broken Fang that we are not to be disregarded lightly, and slay these whelps."

Kovr says, "Be careful, Winbas; although small, the whelps can be strong."
