Collect Gwartak Bone Charms from Gwartak Boneseers and deliver them to Delga Stonewarden down the road from Shaletooth Tower. The Boneseers and Delga are found near the Scorched Watchtower.

Description
Apprentice Hearthfinder says, "As if their sheer numbers weren?t enough, the kobolds also have members that practice shamanistic magics in various forms. While we don?t quite understand the overall functions of their magics, we do know they include healing and offensive capabilities. We need to know more about what they are practicing."
"The shamans wear small charms made of bone that they use in their rituals. Bring some of those charms to Delga Stonewarden. She is a specialist on the issue."
