Bring the Vase of Brains to Dursani Arutin in the Qur?xa Temple. To reach Dursani, use the Twisting Gate at the east end of the Hunting Grounds.

"I placed the achromic brains you provided into a vase of preserving fluid. Take it, and travel through the Twisting Gate and into the Qur?xa Temple. Dursani Arutin is waiting for word from us inside the temple."
