Objectives
Speak with Brace and read through Beginning Diplomacy Tutorial: Strategy.
Then, hail Brace and choose the parley option entitled Parley.
Follow Brace?s instructions and they will tell you how to win a parley.

Description
"You should be proud," says Brace with a mild smile. "It?s been noted in your trials that you have a great deal of potential in you. I have arranged a special meeting with a man who may be able to use that potential, but first, we must get you ready."
