Return the Plain Mushroom to Disciple Akomi at the house of Master Tallon.

Description
"I seek a plain mushroom - one that only grows atop rocky outcroppings. You can find one upon the pile to the northwest. Reaching the heights at which they grow may seem impossible, but you must persevere."
