Vanguard:Saga of Heroes- Expression

Expression both fuels and is fuelled by the use of Statements. It can act as both a cost to play a card, and the reward for doing so. Expression is divided into the following types, which represent different forms of persuasion:

  • Demand (red)
  • Reason (green)
  • Inspire (blue)
  • Flattery (yellow).

The types of Expression you can use as fuel in a parley is limited by Conversation types. Before commencing a parley you must form a Strategy which best takes advantage of the types of Expression which will be available to you.
